The sales team used outdated methods – cold calling everyone the same way, zero follow-up systems and treating small buyers like major clients. Some lacked product knowledge to sell. Nobody was tracking customer patterns or understood why people stopped buying.

They lacked a clear-cut strategy for increasing their internally generated revenue (IGR) and were just losing money everywhere. Money was flowing out through various channels, but nobody could track where it went or how much they were actually losing.
